  I’ll start with saying as a female I’m extremely leery of car lots and car salesmen. I was so nervous when I purchased my BMW X5 back in 2023. Arnesto sold me my car he is really good at what he does, I will definitely buy my next car from him when I’m ready. My car has been very good to me with only one visit for repair in three years. Luckily they have a mechanic shop onsite and they take such good care of my car. I never have to worried if I need assistance even after all this time, they are always there for me. Nick their service manager is extremely helpful and great at communicating what’s going on with my car. I’m grateful for the team at Platinum Motors! Their cars and service are both amazing. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

  PLATINUM MOTORS STANDS OUT!! If you are looking for the used car buying experience that is PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, FAIR, EASY, and without the usual “used care salesman” tactics where they try to get you to buy something you don’t want - then go to Platinum Motors. These guys genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase and make the buying experience enjoyable. They are a breath of fresh air in the world of used car dealerships. I have bought two cars from them over the years, and would most definitely use them again. If five stars is the max, I give them six!

  I wish that I could give a negative star!! I trusted this dealership to repair my vehicle and, was completely deceived multiple times by the service manager Nick!! My car over heated on 8/11 in Martinez on Alhambra Ave. I noticed a dealership across the street and, walked over to see if I can pay to have coolant put in the car. The service Manager Nick sent his mechanic over to check out my car and, he drove it over to his repair shop. I was told that the thermostat wasn't opening and needed replacing. I was given a quote from Nick to repair the vehicle. My car sat for two days without any work being done. I was given the run around numerous times! My car was finally being worked on that Wednesday and, was supposed to be ready for me to pickup. Then I was told that hoses needed to be replaced so, I can come on Thursday morning. When I contacted Nick on Thursday he said that he mechanic hadn't had time to test drive the car so, I can come by 3pm. I attempted to go pick my car during a shift change at work and, was told that I can come at 8pm . I asked to see the parts that were replaced upon my arrival and, was shown a thermostat, no hoses. Nick then informed me that the hoses were the wrong size that he purchased and, they was the rust out of my old hoses and replaced them . The very next day my car over heated again. I text Nick ,he told me to add water to the reservoir. All of the fluids poured out of the car!!! I sent him a video and, he stopped replying to my text messages 😒 I had to have my car towed home and, wait til Saturday to reach someone. I spoke with KC the sales manager and he said he'd reach out to Nick and , have him call me. They wanted me to be responsible for the car being towed back to Martinez. I refused to pay for a tow and, said they should be responsible. Nick decided that the repair was small and, sent his mechanic out to my place to replace the hoses on Monday. My car wasn't fixed! I reach back out to find out what the problem was 2hrs later he told me that the parts had to be ordered and, wouldn't arrived til Tuesday. I expressed how I felt that I was being taken advantage of because I was a woman and, he took offense and, refused to fix the car. I asked for a refund and, now I'm having to leave this review to let people know especially women don't take your car here for repairs!
