  I had a great experience purchasing my car here! The whole process was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. Jonathon, our sales representative, was awesome — friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely no pressure. The customer service was excellent, and everything went exactly as promised. I’d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience!

  So I will begin by saying the guy we were dealing with was pleasent and the environment is friendly. Though they did try to get us into a car we were told we need 5k or more down and some of the vehicles we looked at still needed some work. For instance one truck didnt have a lock on the inside of the driver's door, the panel on the back of the seat was popping off, there was a huge gap from the seat in the middle and the panel that made ot uncomfortable for my kid to sit there (her legs should have bent at the knee but because of this gap her legs were being held up by the panel), and where the inside lights are the whole plastic piece was hanging. So most things could be fixed with proper clips or glue if you want that permanent fix. No offers on taking the price down on all the cosmetic/functionality fixes or saying that it was taken into consideration for pricing. Either way nothing that really stood out. We kept getting the run around, like being told what to look at, and told they were working on getting us approved. They refused to work on the down payment, which was going to be through an auto loan we were already approved for and ready to go, so it was up to them (not the auto loan) how much of the down payment was needed. They kept trying to get us interested in other vehicles, which I understand is part of it, but none fit what we needed or wanted as a payment. Anyways we ended up leaving empty handed, no hard feelings - til we found out how many times our credit was pulled. Twice for mine, three times for my husband. Mine said HARD pulls, im not sure about his. I NEVER signed anything saying they could do so. I went inside once to give details and that was it. The next day we went somewhere else and we were approved. For 1000 down, which is what we were trying to do here (And were told that we wouldn't get that anywhere). For a newer vehicle with less miles. Moral of the story, look elsewhere. If you decide to do business, thoroughly check the vehicle and dont get blinded by the fact you were given approval. Side note, while me and kids were sitting in a vehicle for about 10 minutes because something was wrong on the paperwork the older man just opened the door and acted like he had no idea we were in it, to get the test drive plate out of the window. Weird and creepy. Like who does that? He didnt have the basic skill of politeness to at least tap on the door or motion for me to roll down the window. No worries, We will not be returning.

  Jonathon was great! We were able to submit all our paperwork online from the comfort of our own home. No need to wait around at the dealership for hours. We were approved fast and picked up our new to us vehicle the next business day. Super friendly staff and great prices. I would definitely recommend these guys if you are in the market for a uses vehicle.
