  Went in on Saturday afternoon to see about trading my Trax. Immediately I was created by Jared one of the Sales Managers, he paired me with one of his Salesman, Zach. Zach was very professional and personable. They were pretty busy, but Zach didn't skip a beat. He helped get me the most value for my trade and made the entire process extremely easy. It did take a bit longer than expected, but again they were very busy. Their finance team, worked fast and hard to get each customer helped. After my test drive and a little paper work, Zach handed me over to Henry to finish all the final paper work. He, like everyone working that day, was very professional and attentive. I am so happy with my new car. If you are looking for a car, go ask for Zach, he will take good care of you!!!

  I’ve been dealing with other dealerships my whole life. but when I seen how auto nation manages it’s a different lifestyle they don’t like to pressure you right than and there. If you like a vehicle from their lot or even one at a different location you are able to purchase it. My first time here Daysean is a really great sales manager, he tries to find you a price where you and your family are comfortable. I highly recommend shopping at your local auto nation you will not regret your purchase. Finance manager is awesome as well the whole time I was ready to sign he was going through all the extra coverages that they have. I bought this vehicle for 18k out the door with 50k miles!!!! They are kind and friendly give them a call for your next purchase!

  I had a poor experience trying to sell my 2020 Ford EcoSport at AutoNation Albuquerque on 12/20/2025. The vehicle is fully paid off, has no loan or lease, and the title is legally in my name. The vehicle’s value was negotiated, a settlement amount was discussed, and I signed formal paperwork, including a Bill of Sale and an Affidavit of Sale, believing the deal was being finalized. Midway through the process, the staff suddenly questioned my title. As a first-time seller with AutoNation, I was accused of having a fake title and asked to provide payoff documentation from a lender or a previous owner. I was even questioned about how I acquired the vehicle, despite it being legally titled in my name. After paperwork had already been signed, blame was shifted to “corporate,” which stated they would not proceed because the title was less than 60 days old. I was then instructed to return on 12/22/2025 so AutoNation could contact the MVD, requiring me to take time off work just to sell a vehicle I legally own. This situation was unprofessional and poorly handled. Any concerns about the title should have been addressed before negotiations and paperwork were completed, not after. AutoNation then attempted to keep the Bill of Sale, and I had to verbally demand my copy after signing. I was also told I could leave my title at the dealership and take my car home, which I found inappropriate and concerning. I would like to request contact from the owner or a senior manager who can address this issue and renegotiate the deal to account for the additional time off required to finalize the sale. Based on this experience, I would not recommend AutoNation Albuquerque.
