  • Great experience. Thanks to Jameal and his manager Eric I was able to get the car I wanted. I looked at a 2012 Lexus RX350, but the hood was really sun worn. The manager, I think his name was Eric, sent the car back to the shop and painted the hood for me. It came out awesome. Thank you guys so much. You've made me a happy girl.   • I got a complimentary oil change and a coupon for a wonderful deal on my next service 👌 🙌 😌 The team members are helpful, they give wonderful customer service and great work as per usual, they have trusted mechanics who wouldn't cheat or make a mistake. They have vending machines with snacks and free water, tea, coffee, expresso, and hot coa coa just incase I needed some soothing drinks when I wait. Thank you Toyota of Hayward!!

  • One price is what it says. So no haggling. Viewing was easy. Team was generally helpful. Purchasing process was pretty typical. Something happened in the final round of detailing or at some point before taking delivery of the truck where the hood had some paint damage. That was pretty disappointing but the team stepped up and took care of it. Repair/repaint of the hood was taken care of with reasonable speed. Overall happy with the experience. Would buy here again.
