From there I ended up dealing with Adrian, one of the floor managers, and that's where it turned. He gave me a straight answer on price and financing over the phone when another store had been dodging that same question for a week, forcing me to come into their house, and he was able to put together a better deal. Rahel Romero and I chopped it up and finalized it at the desk — worked with my number, worked the deal so it made sense for both of us. No schemes, no shell games, just honest tough bargaining, which is all I ever wanted. The finance manager deserves a mention too (apologies, I didn't catch his name). He didn't try to oversell me a single thing. In and out. When I sat down at the desk, the numbers on the contract were the same numbers Adrian gave me on the phone. Nothing appeared out of nowhere, nothing got quietly added while I wasn't looking. If you've shopped for a car lately, you know that isn't a given. Two cars from this dealership now. I can see a third.

I got a text message and a phone call from him letting me know about the mechanical issue on my vehicle. He was very friendly, professional and keep in touch with me until the vehicle was done. Highly recommended and I will ask for him in the future to take care of my vehicle.
