  • I am sharing this review because I spent six months, from September 2025 to March 2026, attempting to resolve mechanical issues with my 2021 Ford Bronco Sport which had under 70,000 miles. I decided to give Ford a fair shot coming from other brands, however, this service department’s negligence has driven me away from the brand. I've always serviced my vehicle through Ford dealerships, however the vehicle still needed multiple major repairs. It utimately required a new water pump, new spark plugs, new ignition coils, and a new short block due to coolant intrusion into the cylinders. Basically the whole engine. During the repair process, a technician overheated the engine during a test drive after the engine replacement. The vehicle was eventually returned to me with a persistent mechanical rattle that remained unresolved after returning it twice to be corrected. At first they agreed that it was making a sound, but once they realized they didn't feel like doing the repairs over again, they called the sound "normal". Additionally, my car was backed into while sitting in their lot damaging the bumper. While replacing it, they scratched the paint in multiple places in other areas, it looked as though someone had pried at it with a screwdriver. When I sent photos of this new damage to management, I was met with total silence. I was also incorrectly charged 1,650 dollars for the free loaner vehicle. Despite being told a refund was processed, I had to wait 3 weeks and eventually had to try contacting the third-party DealerAware myself because the dealership had failed to submit the request properly for 14 days. Throughout this, I was consistently patient, waiting days for promised callbacks that never came. Emails to management went unreturned for over a week, requiring me to send multiple follow-ups just to be acknowledged. Because the dealership could not fix the rattling sound after several months, I was forced to take a financial loss on the trade-in value. I have since traded the car for a Subaru just to end my association with Ford. Note to management: Please do not respond with a generic phone number asking me to reach out. You have my name and contact information on file from the months I spent trying to get a response from you. If there is a sincere interest in a formal apology or accountability, you know how to reach me directly.

  • Buying a new car can often feel overwhelming, but my recent experience with AutoNation completely changed that perception—in the best way possible. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm. I had my heart set on getting my dream car, a Mustang, and Parsa made that dream a reality. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Instead of feeling pressured, I felt supported and informed every step of the way. Parsa took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. His transparency and honesty really stood out, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Driving off the lot in my Mustang was an unforgettable moment, and I truly appreciate the effort Parsa put in to make it happen. If you’re looking to buy a car and want someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right one, I highly recommend asking for Parsa at AutoNation. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had!

  • I just picked up my custom-ordered F150 Platinum and the experience couldn't have been better. This is my 5 or 6th truck from Autonation and it has been a delight having Tim Stakkestad assist every time. He is a guy who goes far above every time. He is a perfect liaison between the customer and Finance and Management. Also had the pleasure of working with Isaiah in finance. They both know I have no patience for waiting so with every truck I get them everything they need beforehand and they get me in and out in 90 minutes or less. Stellar sales team!
