  • Recently purchased one of my dream cars from them and the experience was a solid 10/10! If I could give more stars I would! Mark and his team made everything very easy to understand, with a fast process that would normally take hours to do at a dealership. Highly recommend

  • I bought a car on Saturday 2/21/26 and everything went great. The Salesman (Sami) and Financial Manager (Sung) made everything easy and stress free. It was a very pleasant purchase experience. I bought the car and took it home. Then, noticed there was metal to metal sound over the next couple days when the wheels would move from a dead stop in the opposite direction from where they were going (moving forward after being in reverse or vice versa.) I called the dealership and Spoke to Andy the Used Car Sales Manager (who was great) on 2/25/26 before the return period was met to see if this could be looked at and fix since I was still within the 5 day 250 mile policy they have. I took the car in that same day and even took off from work to do so. I met with Andy, explain what was happening and even showed videos of the car doing the noise. He told me, “don’t worry we will make this right.” Andy then takes me to the Used Inventory Manager who would have been the person to help me out in this situation (I will not name him here to at least keep some decency.) He introduced himself and tells me that every car is looked at, has a 50 point inspection and has whatever it needs replaced replaced (he mentions this multiple times.) He was great until he told me what was the issue. He said “it’s the brake pads according to the tech they are the wrong ones. They move within the caliper bracket. You have 2 choices, we order the OEM pads and YOU PAY FOR THEM or YOU CAN JUST RETURN THE CAR.” I understand sometimes things get missed or slip through the cracks and things happen like in this instance the wrong bake pads on the car (which is a pretty big safety issue in my opinion. What would of happened if it failed due to the movement it has?) When I was told this I replied back, “let me get a second opinion from a different shop and if they confirm it’s the brake pads and there’s no other major issue I will keep the car.” I actually like the car and brake pads is not a big enough issue to return it if it is the problem. Well, It did in fact turn out to be the brake pads being the issue. I have the video of the car making the sound and picture of the gaps the brake pads have on the top and bottom area where they sit on the caliper bracket. I do not feel like the solutions and the way the solutions were presented to me were correct in anyway especially since I had just bought the car and it had the “50 point inspection” I heard multiple times during my visit. Again I understand sometimes things get missed during an inspection but this response was just unprofessional. Photos are of the gaps on the front brake pads (RH & LH) that caused the movement. Update- 3/8/26 The General Manager contacted me and apologized for the situation. He scheduled me for a visit with the service team to look over the car and resolve the issue. James the Assistant Service Manager was who took care of me during the visit and he was very helpful and understanding. They replaced the front brakes and rotors but also looked over the entire car and found a part they recently installed that needed to be retorqued. I appreciated the fact that they were honest and told me about it. Overall, my experience was pretty good when buying my car here at AutoNation Volkswagen. Had a little hiccup but they made sure I was taken care of.

  • Just bought my second new car with the team at AutoNation Mall of Georgia. They are always so helpful. Josue was a great salesperson and Sung went above and beyond to ensure my payment was where I needed it to be.
