  • The salesman asked me what I wanted for my truck. In 1 hour later he'd evaluated it, took it for a test drive and accepted my offer. It was 1200 above the highest offer I received. I could not have been more pleased with either the sale or the service. I have another car I may need to sell, I will definitely visit this dealership when I do!

  • I sold my vehicle to AutoNation, and while the transaction was completed, the overall experience felt disjointed and disappointing. I initially received an offer over the phone and was told it could be beaten if I came in. Once I arrived, the in-store offer was different, and while it was eventually increased slightly, the back-and-forth created confusion rather than confidence. When I reiterated that my target was $12,800, I was told they would try their best and see what they could do, which made it seem like the final number was still being worked on. After I agreed to move forward and paperwork had already started, I was told they couldn’t budge — not even $50. At that point, it stopped being about the amount and became a matter of principle. It felt like more effort was spent protecting $50 than closing the deal in a clean, customer-focused way. What added to that feeling was that no transportation was offered after the sale. Most dealerships provide basic assistance when someone sells a vehicle on-site. Having to arrange and pay for transportation myself — which ended up costing almost the same $50 the dealership wouldn’t budge on — made the ending feel especially frustrating and unsupported. Hope Watson herself was professional and kind, and this feedback is not directed at her personally. It’s about inconsistent communication and process decisions that prioritize small margins over a smooth, trustworthy customer experience.

  • Probably the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I greatly appreciate how non-aggressive our salesman William was. 10/10 for ease of process and chill vibe of the whole Katy location. Will definitely come back for the next kids vehicle. Marcel was also helpful/informative during the entire process.
