⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went to The Phone Hub thinking my iPhone was a lost cause and that I would have to buy a refurbished replacement. I had accidentally run over it with a mini excavator, and the front glass, back glass, and camera lens area were all shattered. Somehow the phone was still working, but I figured it was done for. Damon took a look at it and explained all my options. Instead of trying to sell me another phone, he suggested repairing it since the phone was still functional. That ended up saving me a lot of money. What impressed me most was his customer service. He took his time, answered all my questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He really knows his stuff, and his confidence and honesty made me feel comfortable trusting him with my phone. The repair was finished in about an hour, which was much faster than I expected. I also picked up a screen protector, camera lens protector, and an OtterBox case. The protectors come with a lifetime warranty, which is a nice bonus. Phones are expensive, and it makes sense to protect your investment. I’m glad I found The Phone Hub and that Damon was able to bring my phone back to life instead of me having to buy another one. Highly recommend!
My experience at The Phone Hub Repair was phenomenal! These guys truly know what they’re doing — they’re professional, knowledgeable, and take their work very seriously. I went in to buy a phone and they guided me through the best options based on my needs and my budget. They also helped me transfer all my data from my old phone to the new one, and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. Their customer service was outstanding; they gave me great advice and made me feel completely taken care of as a customer. I highly recommend them! The best phone repair shop in Tucson! A gentleman named Josh was very helpful and I ended up selling my old IPhone for a fair price. He helped me last second before closing time and got me squared away fast. Very honest guy and that says a lot about a shop. Highly highly recommended.
