  This store has significant quality control issues. Products are frequently listed incorrectly or sold in poor condition because they aren't being checked thoroughly before being put out for sale. The owner needs to take immediate action and address the fact that certain employees are not inspecting these items correctly. ​Beyond the product issues, the owner’s management style and treatment of the staff are concerning. It is hard to support a business that doesn't value its employees or its customers money. Until there is better oversight of the inspection process and more professional treatment of the team, I cannot recommend shopping here.

  I have been a loyal Action Nation member for over ten years, and this is the first time I have experienced something this concerning. I purchased a camera based on the official online listing and photos. The box I received at pickup displayed the correct model. However, when I opened it at home, the item inside was a different and significantly lower-value model than what was advertised. This situation raises serious concerns about misrepresentation at this location. At minimum, it reflects a major failure in quality assurance. Instead of properly investigating my complaint, my account was closed after I reported the issue, which was both disappointing and troubling. After a decade of membership, I expected transparency and accountability. I strongly encourage customers to carefully inspect all items before leaving this location.

  My customer stopped by to buy some vanities. I'm sure they were nice when she bought them but, I did not like all the smack they were talking when she took one back when she noticed some damage. She does not speak Spanish like they were speaking, but I do and heard all of it. Went as far as to tell her it's common sense. In the end they tried to fix it for her but it's the disrespect that will not have me trying them in the future.
