  • They were very quick, it was in and out, good work, and gave me a free phone cleaning.

  • I bought an iPhone 14 from this store for $450. At first, I appreciated their customer service—they were kind and helpful when I had to bring the first phone back because the service wasn’t working. They didn’t give me a hard time and replaced it without issue, which I respected and was grateful for. However, the second phone has been a different story. It’s been going in and out for months, and I’ve noticed issues like the sound turning up and down on its own. It’s frustrating because I trusted the store and paid a good amount, thinking I was getting a solid deal. At this point, I might as well have bought a brand-new phone with all the problems I’ve had to deal with. I appreciate the communication and customer service on the front end, but the quality of the product just hasn’t held up. I expected better, especially for $450.
