  First owner was rude on the phone. Delivered a 7 piece dining table when we got the six piece and had the audacity to say we ordered the 6 piece because we wanted to be cheap. And also delivered the wrong color. They told us they will fix it then said it's out of stock and the owner said we will not take the item back so deal with it. This place is bad business and rude for no reason instead of owning up to their mistake. 100 percent don't recommend and I hope the owner gets bad business forever for being so rude.

  Financed a couch and it was smooth and flawless then I ordered and bought a chair upfront from Vanessa and she told me it would be here on a Saturday then I HAD TO CALL HER and ask where it was or if it was even coming that day and she tells me “Tuesday”.. alright. Tuesday comes she texts me. Not even having enough decency to call. She texts me that The chair will be coming now Thursday because they don’t have it in stock. It’s coming from California. Whatever the reason is I tell her I simply don’t want the chair anymore. She tells me I would pretty much have to pay $145 for a cancellation fee for a chair I never even got in my possession so I’m feeling like obligated to just take this chair and I feel pretty much stuck with the chair that mind you is almost $400 and now we’re here on Thursday. She text me saying delivery will be anywhere from 3 PM to 6 PM. It is 7:30 and the delivery is still not here. I texted her explaining how I have work at 7:30 and her response was the guys are out and about. I don’t even know what that means but I am very unhappy with the Unprofessional service and the lies and the lack of communication and respect for their customers time.
