  • I find car shopping so overwhelming but the process with Genuine Motor Company was so smooth and easy. We found the car we wanted on Car Gurus and started the purchase process. The communication with our sales rep Zach was great. He was very helpful in answering all my questions as this was my first new vehicle in 10 years. The finance rep also explained everything in detail. Most of the communication was done via phone/email which I found very convenient. Best part was having the option to have the car delivered right to my house in WA. The whole process took about a week. Definitely had a positive experience with the company!
