  Buyer Beware – Have Any Vehicle Thoroughly Inspected Before PurchasingI purchased a 2013 Infiniti JX35 from this dealership in September 2025 for approximately $9,000. Within weeks, I learned the alternator was overcharging and had damaged the BCM (Body Control Module). Both had to be replaced before Thanksgiving, resulting in unexpected repair costs almost immediately after purchase. Now, after driving only about 10,000 miles, the vehicle is experiencing significant CVT transmission issues. I am facing the possibility of major transmission repairs or replacement on a vehicle I've owned for less than a year. The most frustrating part is that a vehicle I paid $9,000 for is now being valued at only about $1,300 as a trade-in due to its condition. That is a devastating loss in a very short period of ownership. I understand that used vehicles can have problems, but an alternator failure, BCM replacement, and major transmission issues within 10,000 miles raises serious concerns about the condition of the vehicle when it was sold. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from this dealership is simple: check, check, and check again. Pay for an independent pre-purchase inspection, have a trusted mechanic look it over, and do not rely solely on the dealership's assessment of the vehicle's condition.I wish I had done that before buying this vehicle. It could have saved me thousands of dollars and a great deal of frustration.

  I purchased a 2019 Chevy Suburban from Lewis Motor Sales in Brentwood a few months ago. I've been burned buying from used car dealers before, so I was reluctant, but the price was right and they gave me a fair amount for my trade-in vehicle. Within the 30 day powertrain warranty, the torque converter went bad. They replaced it. When the engine was still running a bit rough, they replaced the plugs and wires. No hassle. They even gave me a loaner car. It's been a few months since then and the truck is running great! It was pleasure to deal with folks who have honest and fair business practices! I would buy from them again and have recommended them to family and friends.

  Great Place and People I bought my car from Lewis Motors 2 years ago and it’s been a great car, love it! I recently had to stop by and get something checked out and Ryan took the time right away to check it and fix something minor. Great people to do business with and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, reliable and reasonably priced vehicle, and down to earth people. I’ll continue to do businesses with this family in the future for sure!
