  • Purchased a car. After purchase, realized all locks were not working. Asked about it, they said “we didn’t know”. They said they will be mailing me plates and registration; however, when I call to ask about it, they said they are figuring out SMOG. Doesn’t make sense. I already paid for registration fees. I have been trying to call back, no answer. After several days of waiting, they have yet to reply. This car was a gift for my daughter and we can’t get the registration squared away??? A call back with a timeframe and explanation would suffice.
