  • Bought a 2012 Acura MDX last summer. Car deal went fine but 30 days later we found that the car was leaking pretty bad in back corner roof line. Found that the car had been in accident with cracks in the rear frame where water was coming in. Now I know why they didn't want to wash it when we bought. Now under 6 months after purchase it is throwing all.kinds of engine lights and issues. Make sure you have a mechanic go through any car bought from here!!!

  • Bought a Dodge Challenger from PNW Luxury, but I didn't realize I needed new tires. So, I called, Mike answered the phone, I popped my question on whether I had a warranty for new tires, I only needed 2 but he swung for all 4 and instead of a long wait, he made it happen after 2-3 days. A life saver, not only for the rainy streets, but I also now have the opportunity to test the performance on an actual racetrack. Thank you so much PNW Luxury! The customer service is state of the art!
