  • I had an absolutely terrible experience with this dealership and cannot recommend them to anyone. Nearly every step of the process was mishandled. - They falsified documents. They signed a delivery approval under my name dated August 19th, even though I didn’t receive the car until August 30th. I never signed or approved that document. - The odometer statement they gave me was wrong. When I pointed it out, they refused to correct it. - The shifter was broken and could not drive my car! - They messed up my title and tax paperwork, failing to note that I had already paid my taxes. Now my state is trying to charge me twice. Which I told them the form they needed to avoid this and they ignored it - My car was delivered on empty — not even a small amount of gas. - They claimed my battery tested at 100%, yet within a day it was completely dead at only 10 volts. - Every time I called for help, it took them over 24 hours to respond — if they responded at all. This dealership has shown themselves to be careless, unprofessional, and dishonest. I deeply regret doing business with them. I understand that I purchased a used car and the condition would not be perfect; but I would expect them to be transparent about the condition and the miles. Especially from a luxury dealership.
