  Edit to respond: I’m sure it was difficult for me to expect you to stick to anything you said. You asked me to lie to the lender so they would pay you without doing what you said you’d do Love the car. Wouldn’t recommend buying here. I know all car salesmen lie, but Terell seems to be incapable of telling the truth. Lied to me about the price, lied to me about filling up the car with gas, lied to me about repairs, and then instead of just following through on his word he told me to bring the car back. Unfortunately for him, a contract works both ways and I was still able to get my car but only after negotiating that he would send me a check for $300 which was the original amount he agreed to take off, but didn’t. The only reason I still agreed to buy was that he said he would get the car fixed and he never did that either. I also made them write up a contract stating the check would be mailed within 5 days and it took 8 days and me calling twice for them to mail it. These people are actually crooks and if it was a larger problem I would’ve taken them to court. It’s no surprise their Seattle location closed. Don’t recommend.

  By far the worst place I ever got a car from. I would not recommend to anyone. They scammed me. I went there to look at a car and they said it wasn’t there it was at the shop getting fixed. Well by the end of the day they said oh it’s fixed want to test drive it. Long story short I bought the car, I’ve not even had it two months it’s been in the BMW shop after 5 days of buying it, and now still in the shop with almost 10k in repairs that NO WAY they didn’t know about. The laundry list of things the matter is disgusting and even the BMW dealership was shocked they sold me the car. Should be illegal to sell someone a car with so many issues. I drove home and the check engine light came on, the salesman told me you have a warranty your good. Well guess what the crappy warranty company has only covered half the costs. Stay clear or this place as far away as you possibly can. I am looking into lawyers to see if I can do anything about the lemon law. They 100% knew this car had issues and took complete advantage of me. Cars still in the shop with another 3k in repairs that the warranty company won’t pay….. I repeat DONT BUY from this place!!!!
