  My experience with PNW Luxury Cars/First National Auto was incredibly horrible and incredibly shady, and I strongly recommend doing your research before buying here. We purchased a vehicle from First National Auto in January. We originally dealt with Terrell, purchased from Steve, and later communicated with Ahmed. Before purchasing, we had a pre-buy inspection performed. The inspector noted that the engine bay appeared to have been hosed down, making it difficult to determine whether there were leaks. An oil-consumption-related code was also found. Steve told us to bring the vehicle to their shop. After checking it, they told us it was an “old code” and nothing to worry about. Steve specifically assured us they didn’t do bad business. A month later, the yellow oil light came on. We took the vehicle to the VW dealership and were shocked to find out that the engine is failing. We are now stuck owing thousands of dollars on a vehicle that needs an approximately $16,000 engine repair/replacement. Steve repeatedly pushed us to purchase an iA American Warranty Group warranty after we initially declined, representing it to us as essentially bumper-to-bumper coverage. When we actually needed it, we were told we would be responsible for roughly $4,000 just to tear down the engine to confirm the failure, and that even if approved, the warranty would only cover about half of the quoted repair. First National Auto has relocated its operation to Tacoma and is operating as PNW Luxury Cars. When I finally tracked them down through First National’s BBB profile where PNW Luxury is explicitly listed, Ahmed tried telling me the businesses weren’t connected despite him and Terrell both working at both places and being connected on the BBB. When we originally purchased our car, vehicles on the lot displayed BOTH First National Auto and PNW Luxury Cars plates, and people we dealt with at First National were also associated with the Tacoma operation. Ahmed eventually told me he would contact a “John Yang,” who he said was handling First National’s loose ends and would help get this worked out. That was MONTHS ago. We have heard nothing. Every time I try to call they say he’s not there, or in a meeting. On one occasion, I was told he was there, but on hold for several minutes and then told “he actually just left”. I’ve since found numerous reviews describing similar experiences and even connected with another person on Facebook who is going through the exact same situation as us since purchasing from them. We are both writing letters to the district attorney. Washington doesn’t have a general used-car lemon law like some states do, which unfortunately leaves consumers with fewer protections in situations like this. Learn from my mistakes - ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM PNW LUXURY.

  Ahmed was very helpful with helping me finance a vehicle. We were able to go on a test drive, and he helped me find a finance option despite my credit being almost 100 points lower than what my credit score app had shown me. The car was very clean complete with the new car smell despite being used. Before driving off the lot, they gave me some gas being the car was at a quarter tank which I felt was very thoughtful. Only been a day but the car seems to run perfect with no issues. (Will definitely report back if it ends up being a lemon) Overall 10/10 for customer service and product
