  Do NOT waste your hard earned money at this scam business!!! I spent my whole savings on a car that they promised was a great car and that they only sale cars that are in great condition. I was looking for a SUV for my family of 4, my Son is 2 and my daughter is 2 months old. I explained that to the dealer and that I needed a reliable car to get around. Everything went great car seemed nice and was running well. Took it to get serviced right away, One month later the car started making a loud noise. I took it in to a mechanic to get checked and come to find out the engine is going out!! Sucks, now I have to walk and get on the bus with two kids after spending my hard earned money with these people. Sending the car to a junk yard today because that’s exactly what it is, JUNK! Tried calling the dealership to see what could be done because it had only been one month and he basically tells me it’s my fault and is now ignoring me. Thanks for stealing my money Big Lam (ISLAM) I will be reaching out to a small claims lawyer, see you soon.

  Came in to test drive a vehicle I saw on CarGurus. They wanted me to run my credit first before test driving. Never went to a dealership that asks to run a credit before even test driving a car making sure it runs good. I used to work at a dealership in Vallejo and never had I asked my customers to run credit before them checking a car out and test driving. All you needed was to give ID and they scan and make copies of it for documentation. Nobody wants a hard inquiry on their record for a vehicle they might not decide to get if they find something wrong with it during the test drive. Place is already a red flag 🚩 ** in reply to your response ** You don’t need a credit check for test driving a vehicle. You’re the only dealership I ran into that asked for it. It sounds like you would rather lock in customers and have them forcefully purchase the vehicle because you ran a hard inquiry. That’s 3-5 lenders that runs through on the report. You sound so defensive and hurt. Wishing you guys all the best of luck with how you run things.

  Alejando was very helpful with my purchase. He was patient and polite and had the car ready same day when I called maybe 30 min before I showed up. The dealership has a family kind of vibe there which is nice. I’ve purchased and leased cars from name brand dealerships and this experience was a lot better. Purchased a used vehicle and so far very happy with it. I also had a lot of questions since it was my first EV and he answered all of them. I would certainly come back. 10/10 quick easy and left with a good feeling.
