  I had a great experience buying from Nova Autoland! Bought a 2007 FJ Cruiser, and there were 2 available to look at. They were very upfront and open about the condition of the vehicles and even shared extra details that weren’t in an online report that I saw. The buying process was very easy, and they helped me understand financing options very thoroughly even though I chose to finance through my own bank. They weren’t pushy, very relaxed and let me take my time inspecting the engine and under train. I’m from Maryland, which has some crazy intense inspection and registration requirements, and NA had nice options for getting the vehicle inspected and registered for me, including making any repairs that got flagged during the inspection. They were communicative in coordinating pickup in MD so I don’t have to drive all the way back to VA also, which was convenient. I appreciate the service!

  I’ve been looking at a few cars recently, going to a couple of different dealerships in the area. Nova Autoland stood out to be based on the reviews of the dealership for sure. They made the process super easy and they were straight forward about everything. I bought a used 2009 ford focus with 72k miles from them, needing something reliable to get from work and back. I bought the car with the oil levels, transmission fluid, steering fluid all at good levels. What drew me was how nice the engine and body looked when I bought it especially considering it is an 09. After having the car for a day or 2, maybe only driven like 100 miles commuting from work and home, I had my check engine light pop up. I went to advanced auto parts to get the car scanned with the OBD2 scanner to run the codes. Contacted the dealership and informed them on the code that had popped up. They informed me that if I took the car back in to them they would fix the problem for me, no hassle on my end. Outstanding service for a dealership if you ask me. I would definitely come back to buy another car from them in the future. Thanks again for all the help!

  Best experience I've ever had buying a car. Excellent customer service. The owner helped me compare models and worked out getting an updated touch screen radio installed within a few days of purchase. He gave me a great deal on the vehicle. And even when I had a question after buying (the previous owner left some after market wires in the fuse box), he had his mechanic take a look and didn't charge me. I highly recommend this place. I'd definitely buy from them again.
