  • I wanted to share a very good buying experience I had at Nova AutoLand. I messaged the office regarding availability of a vehicle on Thursday night, I wasn’t expecting a reply that night but someone replied very quickly. The next day (Friday) I requested an appointment to see the vehicle and once again was promptly scheduled for the time of my choice. I was running a little late because of traffic which also was no issue upon contacting the office. I pulled up to find an open parking space in a busy lot saved for me, and the truck I was looking at parked right out front. Hooman met me out front, scanned my license and said take your time and enjoy your test drive. No pressure, no further discussion, just it’s ready for you, take it. I took it on a test drive, the vehicle was as advertised and upon returning I advised I wished to purchase the vehicle. I had to go to the bank and get funds situated and returned after an hour and a half to find all the paperwork ready. Signatures, plates put on my new vehicle and out the door. Didn’t spend more than 30 minutes in the office total. I will definitely look at NOVA Autoland first for my next vehicle purchase. Thank you!
