  BEWARE OF HENDERSON AUTO SALES! On June 19, 2025, I bought a car from them after being told it just needed “a little TLC.” They hid the buyer’s guide in rushed paperwork and claimed all fluids were checked. My husband test-drove it 2 miles and noticed a vibration, but the salesman said it was normal for an older car. Right after buying it, the check lights came on and codes showed multiple problems. My mechanic later found no oil, no transmission fluid, a broken axle, bad mounts, worn brakes, and other dangerous issues. The car broke down just two days later, on June 21, and needed a tow. The dealer promised I could buy a warranty within a week , but on my lunch Break I text him to ask about these issues To notice multiple missed calls and messages, they harassed me, called from multiple numbers, that morning because of another review left that night when car stopped after 2 days and then blocked me Because I respectfully text them and ask them about all my concerns and if I could get refunded my insurance policy too when I wanted that refunded also Since I had to pay a down payment and a $400 insurance policy to start that the insurance company would not refund or help fix the car. I asked If they’re going to pick up the car by Tow and give me my deposit can I get my insurance money and why they lie about the cars value and I found out they bought it at auction days before, did not inspect it properly, and sold it Right away. They blocked me ! Where they advertise on Facebook marketplace 495 deposit on second chance approvals ! They also switched cars on me multiple times before I came in saying this car isn’t available anymore this car that car . My paperwork shows the car was worth BOOK VALUE $3,500 but they marked $9,995 sold it for 8600 with taxes $10,041 to have it up to hit my $10,000 loan approval — even though Kelley Blue Book says it’s worth about $1,500 in its real condition they never told . Now I’m stuck with a $19,000 payoff for 48 months on a car that doesn’t run and a dealer that ignored me. They didn’t even clean the car out. It had spitting sunflower seeds in the door. It smelled like a mechanic’s car. All door handles and panels came out . They Couldn’t even give it a car wash or a wipe down. They advertise “second chances” for people with bad credit, but really they prey on people desperate for a car. Who are really in need to get to get from point A to point B. I warn anyone considering Henderson Auto Sales: do your research, check the real value, and don’t trust them when they say they “inspected” the car. They will take your money and leave you stranded. They even did this to another person on the Better Business Bureau I want them held accountable for taking advantage of honest buyers.
