  • Customer service and professionalism in this place is horrible . I came in to see a vehicle and carfax was not presented to me until the end of signing papers with me just to prove it was a “clean title” they told me it had no accidents and everything was fine come to find out car has one accident fixed by previous owner not mentioned on insurance. Car came without a shift knob ( it’s a manual) they promised me I would be sent one in the mail by the time I get my plates , 3 months later no knob and when I asked about it they asked me to send pictures of how it looks now as if they didn’t know it came without a knob so I just replaced it myself . They let me leave with one tire bald down to the wires on one side and a completely bald spare tire so I told them and they had me come back to get it replaced which they did but I got my car back with the wheel having deep scratches from the tire mounting machine probably from mechanic being upset he had to do his job (told me the spare was up to me to replace) . Car had a bad battery I needed to replace andter 1 week of ownership .Other things to mention as well the list goes on . Buyer beware of this place . The prices are good and they will get you approved but don’t expect a good experience with them after you’ve already purchased the vehicle. They also seem to get upset just from you calling and telling them their is an issue . They will give you the run around and tell you to expect a call back from Moe but you’ll never receive it .

  • Great delership. My friend and I bought a Dodge Durango today. They may the process easy and we were in and out within 2 hours, including test drive. Helpful with getting insurance and when the financing came through ended up $16 less then what we were quoted!

  • They will hide $3,500 in finance fees, after taxes and fees. They will also insult you in Spanish behind your back, assuming you can’t understand. When they presented the finance numbers through Capital One, they quoted me 2% higher than the market rate (factoring in the car age, and my credit). They tried to sneak in $1000 fee for gap insurance, and $2500 for 3rd party insurance by only showing the monthly payment. The document fees ($600) and tax was within reason. When I asked if I could finance through my bank, he told me he didn’t want to sell me the car and to leave. They seemed friendly enough at first but show their true face the moment you don’t agree to their underhanded tactics. The car was in rough shape cosmetically. All the cars had deep swirl marks on every panel. All the parts under the hood looked greasy as well, like they sprayed armour all on the whole thing. I don’t understand why they bothered “detailing” without knowing the basics. The car would have looked better with a simple wash.
