Customer service and professionalism in this place is horrible . I came in to see a vehicle and carfax was not presented to me until the end of signing papers with me just to prove it was a “clean title” they told me it had no accidents and everything was fine come to find out car has one accident fixed by previous owner not mentioned on insurance. Car came without a shift knob ( it’s a manual) they promised me I would be sent one in the mail by the time I get my plates , 3 months later no knob and when I asked about it they asked me to send pictures of how it looks now as if they didn’t know it came without a knob so I just replaced it myself . They let me leave with one tire bald down to the wires on one side and a completely bald spare tire so I told them and they had me come back to get it replaced which they did but I got my car back with the wheel having deep scratches from the tire mounting machine probably from mechanic being upset he had to do his job (told me the spare was up to me to replace) . Car had a bad battery I needed to replace andter 1 week of ownership .Other things to mention as well the list goes on . Buyer beware of this place . The prices are good and they will get you approved but don’t expect a good experience with them after you’ve already purchased the vehicle. They also seem to get upset just from you calling and telling them their is an issue . They will give you the run around and tell you to expect a call back from Moe but you’ll never receive it .
Great delership. My friend and I bought a Dodge Durango today. They may the process easy and we were in and out within 2 hours, including test drive. Helpful with getting insurance and when the financing came through ended up $16 less then what we were quoted!
Went in to check out a car, looks fine on the website, in person the body work on the car is crazy, deep scratches on the paint in several locations, one dent on the side of the body, and very heavy scratch swirls all over the vehicle. For sure it was a really good deal, but I wouldn't have driven an hour if the photos of the car on the website where actually representative of what they were selling. Also, I asked them to give me a printout of the out the door price, I said apart from the warranty is there anything else on here that is an extra fee and what look like the owner explicitly said nope just that plus the government fees. Only issue is the numbers didn't add up so I look under their section called amounts paid to public officials and there is a 999 fee called recon and I'm assuming that's the reconditioning fee which is anything but standard. So all in all I think if it's a great deal and you're happy with whatever view you're getting it's fine but if you're coming from far away, just know what you see. Might not be what you might be getting. Apart from that I mean the car was a good deal but obviously you're paying for what you get so it is what it is.
