Terrible. I took a Lyft in 2.5 hours of traffic to not purchase the vehicle. The staff was not friendly. I understand they were closing but they also knew I was coming from LA. I also had everything ready to go to purchase the vehicle with the approval to finance the remainder of the price. However, I felt rushed when I saw so many discrepancies from the advertised listing. That was the major red flag was the false advertising. These are AI generated photos that they have listed on the website. I came and the car had a lot of scratches, it was completely dirty both on the outside and inside, had no gas in it and it also had a battery light and a warning light. They stated they just replaced some unit for the battery and needed it to be reset. Also, they told me they had the car on the lot for 4 months. Carfax report shows they purchased the vehicle in 2022. The odometer read 10k less on the car on the report, which means they drove this car for personal use and added 10k of mileage. One of the salesman was upset and also said he had a migraine and didn’t want to be there and asked to leave early. I wouldn’t have gone had I known all these issues and waste 300$ in transportation. Also they tried to charge me for the full amount of the car without subtracting the deposit I was putting down. I rarely ever write reviews however, I felt this to be absolutely necessary to help others avoid this place at all costs. I definitely do not recommend this place.
Customer service and professionalism in this place is horrible . I came in to see a vehicle and carfax was not presented to me until the end of signing papers with me just to prove it was a “clean title” they told me it had no accidents and everything was fine come to find out car has one accident fixed by previous owner not mentioned on insurance. Car came without a shift knob ( it’s a manual) they promised me I would be sent one in the mail by the time I get my plates , 3 months later no knob and when I asked about it they asked me to send pictures of how it looks now as if they didn’t know it came without a knob so I just replaced it myself . They let me leave with one tire bald down to the wires on one side and a completely bald spare tire so I told them and they had me come back to get it replaced which they did but I got my car back with the wheel having deep scratches from the tire mounting machine probably from mechanic being upset he had to do his job (told me the spare was up to me to replace) . Car had a bad battery I needed to replace andter 1 week of ownership .Other things to mention as well the list goes on . Buyer beware of this place . The prices are good and they will get you approved but don’t expect a good experience with them after you’ve already purchased the vehicle. They also seem to get upset just from you calling and telling them their is an issue . They will give you the run around and tell you to expect a call back from Moe but you’ll never receive it .
If you’re on the market for a nice vehicle and want to waste a half hour on the phone the deciding to drive and pass up hundreds of dealerships for another hour or more driving to this sketchy location to only be profiled then go right ahead. They can quote numbers in advance on a vehicle and push the gap insurance which btw way is optional for a customer to purchase and illegal for a dealer to do. However after your long drive as a serious buyer they want to run your credit before a test drive. Like when reading the reviews why would a customer let a used dealer run their credit before driving a vehicle that would more than likely be a lemon or salvaged title that went to the state of Nevada and back to California for a clean status. The reviews are correct don’t waste your time because obviously they discriminate to certain color people no matter. Never have I felt so humiliated, to leave me standing out in a hot dusty parking lot with overpriced cars with many scratches and dings to be ignored for 20 minutes waiting on a manager. I even offered the sales rep to test drive and I would be the passenger. But nope, don’t budge. Vehicles with turbos are notorious for going out. He stated I can hear the motor and that would be good enough. Ive sold cars before, don’t take advantage of me. Buyers be very aware and don’t waste your precious time or dollar go elsewhere where the color of your skin won’t be a problem in your own country.
