  • Went in to see a 2018 Chevy Impala. While the car was decently priced, the catch was Frank didn't have the car looked over and repaired other than exterior looks, didn't say there was only one key fob until after purchase, wouldn't take a personal check so I spent an extra $300 on card charge fees he wouldn't waive, with no wiggle room on price. Took the car into a mechanic not 24 hours after purchase to do a basic oil change to find out the transmission was failing, front brakes were shot, the front struts were damaged, and the engine mounts were broken. Frank did ZERO quality control or repairs on this car and I'm having to spend more than I paid for the car to get it functioning, so it won't leave me stranded on the side of the road. He should have had this looked at, and repaired, before listing it for sale, or if he wasn't going to repair it, list all the problems up front so people knew what they were getting into. The warranty company he uses won't pay a dime to help repair it either. What a scam. If you're looking for a used car, look somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle of buying a broken car off his lot.
