Here's why I give Diego 5*: - Very friendly and genuine guy. Never pushed me on the sale. Described car conditions honestly and accurately. - Was willing to work with me on the price, no fluffy fees. - Gave me excellent and fair out of door price on two Toyotas I had picked. - Allowed for extended test drives for both. - Allowed me to reserve the two cars for a nominal refundable down so they don't get sold before I have a chance to fully inspect them. - Allowed for professional car inspection to my satisfaction before I make my decision between the two cars. - Offered fixes and followed through above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase of the RAV4 2010 Limited. I was very pleased with Diego's customer first approach. He's kept every word he's told me. Man of his word, which is rare in the used car scene. Following the purchase, he kept me updated on registration and tag and title. Permanent Tag and registration were received in 2 weeks. Title was received in 3 weeks.   • I bought a car from this dealership on 7/2/25 with plans to go see my daughter and grandaughter who where having some problems that she was needing my help to get. I bought 1 car off facebook and the car was ridged enough to get it home then it started having problem and then blew up within a week. So i explained my situation and he told me i could make it to canada and back with no problems and i didnt even make it 1000 miles. I test drop checked fluids everything was ok until i drove the car from where i bought it in the orlando area and had to drive it back to volusia county area with a few stops the next day no oil in the car. I never asked for a new car but if they could work with me and he said no.
