I was looking for cars on FB marketplace and came across Drive Smart Auto's. I'm really glad I did because the car we got was exactly what my wife needed. I spoke to a guy Jason by text than at the dealership we delt with a younger guy named Jay, he was great, he got everything done quick and explained everything to us. Also a shout out to the mechanic for getting the car ready to roll. The windshield wipers were toast he seen that and swapped them out. The car runs great my wife drove it home from the dealership almost two hours away with no issues at all. Overall our experience with Drive Smart Autos was great,nice people and a nice car.
Terrible place cheap down but there cats are junk. Got a Kia soul was leaking oil 3 months later the motor blew up! They said make the payment drop the car off we’ll make it right and put you into another car. Did exactly that and they took my money tried to not put me into a car and dropped the car off to them. Called an attorney they were legally required to give me the Kia back do they decided to put me into a Chevy Malibu 200,000 miles drive the by day 3 the breaks were going all the way to the floor and the car would barely stop and the driver side wheel has a clunking noise like the tires going to fall off! Decided the car wasn’t worth paying the $550 they wanted afgrr we r the amount to fix the car. It’s 12:50 am Dana and some fat bold guy came with a tow truck and woke up my neighbors and my elderly mother and was outside yelling cursing calling people crack grads fat and nasty filthy names! My poor mom got up to the commotion and was literally shaking. She’s 70 years old very very unprofessional what they did very aggressive and very nasty people. If we wanted the car we would’ve paid for it. The car has too many issues just like the first one we decided we don’t want the car we’re gonna go somewhere else that sells better quality cars so just a heads up that they are scammers they slap their cars together to put them out on a lot to sell them regardless of the condition they’re in and regardless of whether or not you are safety comes first because we almost got killed in that car when we were unable to stop with the brakes I strongly suggest you go somewhere else that $500 down is a scam To get you to purchase their cars, the cars are unsafe and the cars are not worth for $500 a month. They’re all junk look at them.
This has been the easiest and least exhausting process of buying a car I have ever experienced! Jay is an angel and he laughed at all my stupid jokes in the process. 10/10 recommend!
