Bard was very pleasant and communicative. he showed me and my husband the furniture(sofa set) we liked and offered us options. Bard even helped us with the measurements. Bard gave us the price as advertised. all the original packaging was still there. we did finalize the purchase and the whole set got delivered the next day! we even got a discount on the delivery fees as well.
