  This is by far the best Used Car Lot I've ever been to in my months of shopping! The sales team is friendly and professional, the quality of cars is as close to perfect as you can imagine (VERY impressed) and they're in a nice/safe area. I deducted 1 star for failure of following up. I tried to negotiate a reasonable cash deal and was expecting feedback from the owner without ever getting a response. I drove 3 hours and waited a full day. I was hoping for a little compromise in negotiating but they didn't bend at all. Yes, they advertise competitive prices but when pen comes to paper they don't budge on their fees for the final price. Besides that, the experience was great. I did end up being patient enough to find a private seller to avoid all the dealer fees.

  My experience was good from the beginning with Mr. Mike. My wife and I arrived at the dealership and was welcomed by Mr. Patrick, who accompanied us to view the vehicle. He was very patient and allowed me to take my time looking under and in the vehicle. I took the Ford F250 for a test drive and felt that the brakes might not be stopping the vehicle as it should. Mr. Nick was invited to hear my complaint. We accompanied him as he drove the truck and declared that it felt OK. Long story short, the dealership agreed for it to have pre-purchase inspection from my choice of repair shops. I chose Kelly Ford, who Car Spot helped to identify, in order to verify that the brakes and 4 wheel drive, at least, worked as they should. I made the appointment with Kelly Ford (great experience of thoughtfulness) on their review, to check and report findings. On their report I bought the truck. All the time, Car Spot kept in touch, by text, and phone and answered my questions, and was just ever present to iron out my concerns. I will report on how the truck works as time unfolds, if God is willing. Sorry I didn't take any photos on location. Perhaps my wife and I will take a road trip and courtesy call to the dealer with the vehicle, later.
