Before coming to Finesseacar I experienced a horrendous dealership experience at Puente Hills Hyundai and was not looking forward to going to another dealership, but this dealership absolutely is one Im glad I ended up at. The price was as advertised, no crazy marks ups or last minute add ons. I worked with Catrina and she was great, very knowledgeable, great communication and great customer service all around. She made the buying process very easy, responded quick with forms, texts/emails, she was friendly, and was very helpful! Based off my experience alone I would say this was a great car buying experience, definitely ask for Catrina if you buy here! 5 stars!
I recently bought a used car from Finesse-A-Car back in December, and the entire experience was fantastic thanks to Catrina. From the moment I reached out via their website/app to the moment we stepped onto the lot, Catrina was absolutely amazing with her communication and her welcoming attitude. She really worked hard with my wife and me—honestly, we did about four test drives that day to find the perfect Tesla for our family. Katrina was so patient and never made us feel rushed. We actually closed out the place that evening because she was that committed to making sure we got the right car and felt good about it. I highly recommend Finesse-A-Car and definitely suggest asking for Catrina. She’s all about the customer-first attitude!
Overall a great experience. 2022 Tesla Model 3. I picked the car up in October, 2025, just a few weeks short of the federal tax rebate, sadly. We went through the Drive Clean Assistance program and they executed the program perfectly. I sat there for days reading reviews on all the dealers before finally selecting this place and I'm glad I found it. They were the best option for the DCAP program. I just drove over there and on a Saturday, only one person was helping but they did a good job. I paid in all cash (sold my 2 other cars) and we sat there forever counting it all. They thought they couldn't get the car ready same day but managed to do it! The only thing that was annoying was that they had a HIDDEN $1800 charge for a battery warranty. They do not allow you to opt out. The warranty seems shady too. It's through some 3rd party with a $600 deductible. I just paid it but I was very unhappy to be forced to buy that. Other than that, the prices were as shown and non haggle. I had looked through all the cars they had and made spreadsheets. They were all as described in person except for one that had the wrong miles, CPU, and battery type. Everything else matched their website listings. The other weird thing was some of the cars had water/condensation in their tail lights. They said that's OK and happens with all of them. However, looking it up, others say you have to replace your tail light. So there was one I wanted, but I didn't select because of that issue. They threw in a free full charge at the super charger after I reached my home and transferred it over to my account on the tesla app. So I got a full charge at home to begin my life. It took them a few months to transfer the license/registration over which was frustrating. I kept nagging them. I looked it up and they have 90 days to do that transfer so they were within the law or requirements. But I was getting a rebate from SoCal Edison for the car purchase and they wanted the registration transferred first. Luckily they did it in time. I also got home and realize there were no floor maps. I called them up and while I had to wait an hour, they put the mats in for me when I drove back to pick them up another month. Overall, great experience and I don't think you can do any better.
