I had an amazing experience purchasing my 2019 BMW M4 Competition from Arman the sales manager at this dealership. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I’m extremely happy with my M4 Competition. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The customer service truly stood out and made this one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next car. Thank you for making the whole experience such a positive one!
Awesome service! Arman was so great with every step of the process; kept me up to date before I even got here. In and out within the day, super fast with documents and disclosures. This place is great!
Purchased two vehicles from this dealership remotely with no pre purchase vehicle inspection. First vehicle had problems within the first month of ownership and several issues within the following months after. After spending an arm and a leg on parts and labor, another issue arose. At that time I reached out to Sean the dealership manger who was super professional and offered a solution to remedy the issue. He ended up taking the vehicle back in as a trade and gave me what I paid for the vehicle as a trade in value. With that being said. I ended up purchasing my second vehicle with them. But this time I had issues with the vehicle on day 1. When I received the vehicle I took it on a test drive and a check engine light came on after 20 minutes of driving. I reached out to Sean right away and he agreed to help resolve the problem. After a few days of going back and forth with Sean trying to resolve the issue. I brought the vehicle to a local mechanic for a quick inspection. After the inspection I was informed that it was either a vacuum leak or a sensor problem. The mechanic also mentioned that brakes were in rough shape and needed to be replaced right away. After sharing this information with Sean he agreed to have the vehicle brought back to dealership in order to address the issues. After I got the vehicle back from the dealership I did a quick visual inspection myself and I can see that the brakes and rotors had been replaced and the check engine light had been addressed. So I thought. Shortly after receiving the vehicle I took the car on a drive and the check engine light popped up again for the same code and now I was hearing a rattling sound coming from the front driver side tire area. I reached back out to Sean with my concerns and was informed that he could no longer assist me. End result. I had a new Mechanjc diagnose the check engine light and the sound coming from the driver side wheel area. Overall the check engine light has been resolved and the sound coming from the driver side wheel was diagnosed to be caused by a blown shock. After inspection of all 4 corners the conclusion was all 4 shocks are bad and need to be replaced. I will upload photos of the bad shocks when the replacement come in. Overall experience 3 out of 5.
