  Came here not expecting much due to my price range. Found a beautiful 2016 Camry SE well within my price range. Robert helped me out and gave me a great experience. I appreciate the assistance from everybody who helped out and made getting this vehicle easy!

  What a nightmare dealer! They do NOT know how to handle Internet leads at all. Some dude emailed me his number in response to my inquiry. Then didn't answer my question. I'm not trying to play on the phone with you. Internet questions need email responses. If a dealer can't even email you basic information, what is there even to talk about? I was over in East county for another appointment and decided to stop by and see if I could see the car/talk talk to someone. Well, no. In fact, you can't even pull in/out of the lot because they are car hoarders. Some guy kept telling me to wait while he moved three different cars just so I could get out. WTH?? Do not! This is not the place that takes sales seriously. I can 100% see why this car sat on their lot for 3 months. Not only that, but concealed the Carfax. When I dug into it after their little stunt of my trying to go in person, I found there was Zero data on the car for 7 years, then jumping up over 100k miles. I cannot! Why are people so sketchy and gross? People, if you want a serious and professional seller, you can count this place out completely. Don't play yourself like I did. What a stressful and terrible experience. Places like this are the exact reason used car salespeople have the terrible reputation they do. Worst of the worst. Buyer beware!

  Please exercise extreme caution when visiting this dealership. During a test drive of a Toyota Tacoma, the suspension failed, causing the tire to detach and resulting in a loss of control on the freeway. I was able to safely maneuver the vehicle onto the shoulder, but the situation could have ended much worse. If you plan on purchasing a vehicle from them, make absolutely sure it is in proper working condition. They demonstrated little concern for selling a defective vehicle. Even after the accident, they simply took the truck to the shop across the street for a quick fix and put it right back on the lot for sale for the same amount of 30k… They ensure to get the vehicle out of the accident scene as soon as possible so it wouldn't end up on the vehicles record. I was not going to make this post but I think is important that you are aware this happened specially if you will be spending thousands of dollars for a mess up vehicle.
