Max was great! Very professional and honest. I had no way of coming and looking at the car so he came to pick me up. That was truly customer service! Needed my BMW repaired and a family friend referred me to Timur at New World Auto LLC! The shop is super clean and the vibe is really professional. Timur and Max are genuinely great people, super transparent the whole time. They did a full inspection right in front of me, gave me a clear quote, and handed me all the receipts, no hidden prices, no shady business whatsoever. They also have a dealership with great prices.
