  I paid for my car in full cash at this dealership and also paid them a handling fee to take care of my DMV registration. They completely forgot to send in my paperwork, which I ended up having to do myself. This meant I had to pay the registration fees basically twice, even though I had already paid them to handle it. They were extremely slow to respond and acted like resolving this wasn’t a big priority to them, which was unprofessional in my opinion. After paying in full cash at the dealership, I did not expect to have to turn around and drop another large amount of money at the DMV. What should have been a smooth and stress-free process turned into an unnecessary headache caused by their lack of care. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who expects professionalism, honesty, and proper customer service.
