  • Do not go to the dealership. I was sold an SUV. I've been patient with them regarding my vehicle my car have an electric problem went out on me nobody is not calling me back which is the owner Marty is a good guy but my car is not working ive calling multiple times nobody calls me back do not go there at all bad cars

  • I originally posted a review of 5 stars for many reasons. Recently I found out there is major frame damage from rust to the car I purchased when I went in for an oil change at my personal mechanic and not a quick lube. This was not disclosed to me, but I was told that the car had gotten a lot of work done to it. So I like was ok fine Im going to trust the dealership. There was no buyers guide in the window when I bought the car so I took their word on the price, which came to $6,030 with tax, title, fees, and plates. My fiance and I co signed and paid $4,030 down. The money being paid in 20s and 100s and counted in front of us on camera in the office (they no longer have video of that date though, apparently it was to long ago). That left us with aneven balance of $2000 that we would pay off in payments. This was what was stated to us as we signed the bill of sale. But of course that is not what the bill of sale actually says. It stateed the purchase total was $5,340 and we put down $3,339. Anyways, we brought to the dealers attention last Thursday, October 26th, 2023 about the frame damage. We provided an estimate from my mechanic and they took a copy and said the owner Nick would be in contact the text day. Nick did not contact us until 7 days later on Halloween, despite us showing up the dealer and/or calling everyday in-between. Unfortunately my fiance lost his job due to lack of transportation. On day 5 we walked in with 4grand cash willing to take another car off the lot as long as they applied all the money we had paid down, plus payments to the new vechile. Tax title fees and plates would be on them for negalagence and not disclosing the frame damage and lieing about the work they done since they admitted to not even touching the car before it was purchased. So we decided to purchase a another used car via privite part after 6 days of no resolution and no contact from Nick, even after we showed up with 4grand cash for the difference on the car we were willing to take off the lot. On Halloween after talking on the phone with Nick finally, he sent a tow truck to pick up the car and fix it or at least so they could put the car on the lift so he could see the damage himself. But they did a lot of work the the car remember. We were told we would 100% responseable for all repairs and tow which would be made in their small tire shop. I ended the phone call with me stating I would be contacting the attorney general and I will be taking them to small claims court for negalagence and for charging us more that the price advertised on their website. Not having a visible buyers guide in the car windows at the time of sale ... And POCKETING AND NOT CREDITING US FOR $1,001 DOLLERS, among other things. The tow truck driver arrived to a blocked in car because at this point we don't know if it's them repoing it or taking it to fix it without us consenting to it being fixed. And then holding us liable for all the repair coats, tow and who knows what else. The driver had no paperwork what so ever, to let us know what their purpose was for picking the car up. Despite Nick telling me he was going to pick it up to fix it, which I told them I would not have a tire shop replace the SUBFRAME of my car. Let alone all the damages and repairs that would be needed that come along with replacing the subframe. Many calls followed after the tow truck left. One stating "they will be leaving us alone to decide" and the rest I could not understand. They aquired our title in September after purchasing in august. The car at its advertised price would techinally be paid in full now. But due to them stealing $1,001 from us we still have a balance of $1,700. I will be contacting the Illinois attorney general today hoping to get resolution, which at this point would be a full refund, before going through the hassle of court, since it could have been avoided. I don't recommend this dealer what so ever despite their 4.5 star review. I did not even mention the other minor issues we had. Please proceed with caution when going to this dealership.
