Mauro is the most incredible salesperson I’ve ever worked with. I truly couldn’t recommend him enough! I went into the car buying process with very little knowledge and a bit skeptical. Mauro was extremely thorough and patient with me throughout the entire process. He was very honest and offered me a detailed breakdown of everything. He was very professional and you could tell he prioritizes the satisfaction of his customers above anything else. I was able to purchase my dream car thanks to his help. 🚨 WORST PLACE MY FIANCÉE HAS EVER BOUGHT A CAR FROM! 🚨 I want to make it clear that I was not the person who purchased the vehicle — my fiancée was. I’m leaving this review based on what I personally witnessed and the experience we’ve had dealing with this dealership. Her experience with this dealership has been nothing but a nightmare. Communication has been extremely difficult, and it has been very hard to get in contact with anyone when there is a problem. Since purchasing the vehicle, she has experienced nothing but trouble with it. I would really like to hear from other people who have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Have you experienced similar problems? Did your vehicle start having issues shortly after you purchased it? And when you reached out to the dealership, did they actually help you resolve the problem? Looking back, i honestly wish i had done more research before having my fiancée purchasing from this dealership. Based on the experience we’ve had, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone considering buying a used vehicle. If you purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had a similar experience, I’d genuinely like to hear about it.
