  5 stars! I had been looking for a decently priced 2000-2006 Tundra for quite some time. One happened to be traded in to the dealership and so I pounced at the opportunity. JT was very quick in responding to my inquiry and was a delight through the entire process. We worked together on a deal that worked for the dealership AND my family.   I love the people there. Very helpful ,polite. And do anything to make sure you and vehicle in ready to be driven home. 2 vehicle I purchased thru gmc. Loved both. . Would refuse anyone to purchase thru you.

  First, I will say that we eventually came to a deal with numbers that worked for us but, there were a few parts of this experience that were not great and would not allow us to recommend this dealership. 1. They add just shy of $3,000 to each vehicle for ceramic coating and tint ($595 for tint and the remainder for the ceramic coating). The ceramic coating had definitely not been completed on the vehicle that was evident from the surface scratches clearly visible on the paint. They said this product was normally a $5000 product but was reduced due to a partnership between the two businesses. 2. After signing paperwork and getting ready to leave, I noticed that the car had not been detailed or if it had it was an extremely poor job. The interior had visible coffee splatters in multiple places in the car and other evidence that it had not been cleaned. They made this right but, I’ve only ever purchased one other vehicle where they tried to deliver the car without even bothering to clean the interior. 3. We got the car home and realized it had snow tires on it. We probably should have realized this before taking possession but, we did not so, we immediately had to purchase summer tires for the vehicle we had just purchased.
