  Never buy a car from here!!!!!! We purchased a 2017 Volvo from here in August 2025. A week after purchasing the vehicle, the engine malfunction light came on, and after inspection, they said the oxygen sensor was faulty and that we shouldn't worry, they would fix it. When we first took it in, they couldn't fix it, and then they said they had ordered a new sensor and were waiting for delivery, but weeks passed and the sensor never arrived. They responded slowly to messages or calls, or didn't respond at all. Then they said their mechanic had left and they no longer had a mechanic. During this time, our legal right to return the vehicle had expired. We waited from the end of August until October 20th for them to repair it, which is not a short time. Ultimately, we had to have it repaired elsewhere. The main problem arose last week when the light came on again. An authorized Volvo service center diagnosed a major problem with the hybrid system, among other issues, and stated that the repair would cost $10,000. If they had told us at the first sign of the problem that they couldn't repair the oxygen sensor, we would have returned the car immediately. However, they acted utterly irresponsibly by deliberately waiting for the legal waiting period to expire and selling us a defective product. The oxygen sensor problem was nothing; the real shock came when we learned about the ERA/hybrid problem. They are still claiming that such a mechanical problem is due to 5 months of use. Even though they know that the warranty company they sold us to does not cover this issue, they are still asking us to contact the warranty company to absolve themselves of responsibility. They took no responsibility for either the problem we had in the first week or this one. And they deliberately stalled for weeks. I want to warn everyone considering buying a car from them.
