  • My husband and I went in on Saturday 12/20 and when we pulled up we were instantly greeted by Ricardo, he introduced him self and then asked if we were just browsing or had something in mind. We happen to look online prior to going in and were ready to look at vehicles. Ricardo took us inside to his desk pulled up the cars we wanted to see and grabbed keys. We went out to the lot and looked at the cars and found one we wanted to test drive. We had a great test drive and really liked the car. We went inside to make the deal and Ricardo made the experience so easy, simple and fast. Honestly we were in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours which in my opinion is seriously un-herd of EVER! I have purchased cars in the past from cactus auto and honestly I will continue to go back. Great service, easy process, lots of inventory and amazing staff!!! Everyone there was seriously so nice, offered water and made sure we were comfortable.
