  I recently sold a vehicle to Cactus Auto. I was very stressed because I was selling an estate vehicle; however, Jeff was wonderful, and he immediately set me at ease. I was happy with his offer, and decided to accept it on the spot (although he made it very clear that I could take my time, and there was no pressure to make an immediate decision). Jeff was knowledgeable, and very patient as we worked through the paperwork, which took a considerable amount of time to complete. This was a difficult situation, and Jeff made it way less stressful for me, which I appreciated so much. All in all, I had a great experience selling a vehicle to Cactus Auto.

  I am very impressed with Cactus Auto. I have to admit I was a little nervous about the whole car buying experience. They actually made it stress free. They were not pushy at all. I felt like they let me make the experience what I wanted it to be. Everyone was kind and attentive. Alexis was beyond great. She made me feel comfortable and gave me honest information on the vehicles I was looking at. I felt my needs for the type of vehicle I needed were heard and she delivered. Definitely a pleasure to work with. I had a concern on the vehicle I purchased, and they SOLVED it right away without any push back. It was amazing. I recommend Alexis and the Cactus Auto team if you are looking for a seamless and stress-free buying experience. Thank you ALL for helping me have a fantastic experience.

  The customer service was amazing! I got to look at a whole bunch of cars and in the end found the car that is gonna be with me for hopefully a long time :D me and my mom were able to figure out pricing and they searched for options for us when paying for it. They also detail the car for you and make sure everything is in working order before they hand the keys over to you which is greatly appreciated! Great place over all, super clean too!
