  • I explained him my situation that I traveled all the way from Massachusetts and I wasted a whole day the day prior dealing with dealerships, trying to sell lemons and posting an accurate asking prices for the vehicles then on top of that, I ask him offer him a cash price for a vehicle which he declined so then I explain to him. I’m willing to do buy here pay here if it’s not too much more than I’m willing to spend and he says no problem. I can definitely help you out gives me the address which does not exist making a five dollar Uber return to a $20 Uber and when I get there he was nowhere around wouldn’t answer the phone to finally pop out of nowhere 15 minutes later to then say that they do not buy and pay here trying to convince me to take out q loan

  • Bait and switch. The usual sleazy dealership employees. They give you a price over the phone, and then they don’t honor it and try to add extra costs. Santiago was terrible over the phone by not giving any information of the car. Luis the “finance manager” is terrible extremely unprofessional. Ivan, who sounded great over the phone, left me hanging by not backing up the price he gave me over text. I wasted hours of my day and money spent on an inspection, just to get played. THEY TRIED ADDING A $1000 COMMISSION FEE. On top of the other $2000 “usual” fees. Don’t bother with these people, typical sleazy car dealership experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  • Richard is an amazing salesman. He is on top of everything, great with communication, persistent, and honest. He is honestly the only thing that got me to drive 45 minutes to this dealership rather than using on locally. LUIS however is horrible with customer service, once they get your money they are done with you. He is belittling and acts like its a burden to handle customer inquiries. Mind you I am only trying to get him to complete the process that they started. To get my tags transferred after sale has been a nightmare. I called for 2 weeks start and could never get anyone and when I did Luis was condensending and nasty. If it was a case where I could return the car and go somewhere else i would. My issue is still not resolved by the way, still have paper tags.
