My first experience here with my kids was so great, I came back for a personal purchase. We had the privilege of working with Michael, David and Lorali. Thank the stars for these three. Thinkin about buying a car ?? I had such a positive experience at three 21 auto. I am a first time buyer and Michael was my salesman. Michael made me feel comfortable throughout this whole process, I never felt pressured to buy the car or anything like that. Micheal had me speak with Pat to give me a better understanding about financing and what that looks like. I was surprised on how fast all this took. Even after I financed the car I was having some battery issues , Michael came to my house and jumped my car then took me to get a new battery. I don’t know about yall but what car salesmen is doing something like that. Micheal is such a genuine person and that’s what makes him a good salesman. He takes care of his and I was so blessed to have such a positive experience with this company.
I don't usually leave reviews, but Three 21 Auto is well deserving of 5stars. Not like your normal shady used car lots. They welcome you like a family member with friendly and professional greeting. Michael and Yuri from the star asked questions about the vehicle I was looking for with a genuine care for my needs answering questions with no pressure to buy or get to the sales desk to do a deal. They made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle I wanted and my experience. We sat down and asked me what I needed to make the deal, then took it to Aaron. Aaron again was professional and worked with me to make a win win deal. Janet in finance is again friendly and welcoming with no pressure for extras, but has the answers if you are interested. Best of all a portion of all sales go to charities, most to downs syndrome. You not only get a great vehicle but donate to downs syndrome. You can't beat that. Give them an opertunitu to earn your business and you will pleased.
