Very kind and very welcoming from the beginning. Not like most car sales men that try to rip you off. Very down to earth and warm personality.   • Thought I found a good nice van. I called about it a they said they had it and would update me if anything changes. I confirmed he still had the same car i inquired about n how much for cash out the door, he confirmed with me same van, n price. I got my funds n drove 2 hours to them only to see a hole difference van that was 2 years older, been in a accident handles falling off totally empty of oil. Sliding door wouldn't close on their own. He told me the van i inquired about had more damage. But sent me a picture of a nice clean van. Figured he'd get me there n I'd feel obligated to buy. But no I drove 4 hours to n from to check the oil in a van I didnt come to see. Ill b reporting to the BBB. His lies n games are costing consumers. The other kid that worked there told me they sold the van I inquired about a few days prior. So got me out there on false hopes. Attached is what he sent me wish I had a Pic of what he showed me.
