  My experience was good. Like any other used car dealer, your mileage may vary. Bring your mechanic so you know what you're buying because the cars are not perfect. The staff was respectful and easy to deal with. I purchased a 5 year old Ford Escape Hybrid at a fair deal and I am very satisfied. I was comfortable buying here and hope to do business again. ***Disclaimer*** I own a mechanic shop and was previously in auto sales.

  We recently bought a car here and once we took it home, we realized that one of the doors didn’t open. So we called back and the owner was more than happy to help us. Very kind and very welcoming from the beginning. Not like most car sales men that try to rip you off. Very down to earth and warm personality. Highly recommend because you’re sure to have a good experience. And they have good prices.

  Thought I found a good nice van. I called about it a they said they had it and would update me if anything changes. I confirmed he still had the same car i inquired about n how much for cash out the door, he confirmed with me same van, n price. I got my funds n drove 2 hours to them only to see a hole difference van that was 2 years older, been in a accident handles falling off totally empty of oil. Sliding door wouldn't close on their own. He told me the van i inquired about had more damage. But sent me a picture of a nice clean van. Figured he'd get me there n I'd feel obligated to buy. But no I drove 4 hours to n from to check the oil in a van I didnt come to see. Ill b reporting to the BBB. His lies n games are costing consumers. The other kid that worked there told me they sold the van I inquired about a few days prior. So got me out there on false hopes. Attached is what he sent me wish I had a Pic of what he showed me.
