  A total scam! I purchased a 2016 Nissan Versa from this dealership a few months ago. During the sales process, I felt pressured and reassured that the vehicle was reliable and in good condition. Only a few months after purchase, the transmission completely failed. I was then informed that the repair would cost between $5,000–$6,000, which is more than the current value of the vehicle. This has put me in a very difficult financial situation. I am extremely disappointed that such a major mechanical issue occurred so soon after buying the car. I trusted the dealership to sell me a dependable vehicle, and that has not been my experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from here to have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before signing anything.

  I mean, I know that car salesmen lie, but I had no idea that they would LIE AS MUCH AS THEY DID ABOUT THIS PIECE OF JUNK they hauled out for me to look at!! Broken windshield, broken taillights, broken passenger door, broken hatchback door, broken dashboard, broken steering wheel, nothing coming out of the vents when you had the AC as high as it would go, smelled like mold, covered in grit and grime, and had a mice nest in the engine. MY BROTHER AND I DROVE TWO HOURS TO SEE THIS HEAP OF JUNK that wasn't even worth $200! And they're asking $3900 for it?! What a JOKE and a HUGE waste of our time! The pictures on the Car Guru's website were all FALSE. They used interior photos from another Matrix and slapped them on this one. LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES! These people took FALSE ADVERTISING to an art form! They should be fined and shut down. I was FURIOUS!”
