  I wouldn’t recommend at all financing with them nor buying from them. I was supposed to finance a piece of furniture. Had an employee named Linda tell me the day I had agreed with the finance that they offered help with pickup. All that was needed was for me to arrive with my vehicle on the day of pickup. The day I showed Linda, they stated that they don't offer help with pickup. I would have to put up the furniture on my own. Which I found wild considering they are a furniture store. I asked to cancel, and then she said that wasn't an option. I called the finance company the same day, and they stated that they'd help me with cancellation. After I kept calling since my issue wasn't resolved. The finance company said that Linda stated that I had taken the furniture, which I never did. She stated I signed a paper on the said day of pickup, which also didn't happen. Now I can't get ahold of the store manager. Seems like they love to do fraud. I've put in my fraud complaint but just wanted to give everyone the heads-up.

  I will never shop at this store again. The delivery of my sofa sectional took over 2 weeks. The schedule time was not kept. Delivery was over an hour late and well after 6pm. The delivery personnel were rude and did not respond when I pointed out the damage. I have called and spoken to Kirena and Linda several times. I have sent pictures of the damage. I'm now being told report was received by store management on 6/23 and he's still reviewing it. If I don't get some satisfaction by Monday I will contact my credit card company and dispute the charge and look into filing a claim with BBB.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I spent good money on my furniture and had to wait two full weeks just to receive it. That alone was frustrating, but what made it worse was the delivery process. I was told to expect delivery during the day, so I waited around ALL day. They didn’t show up. That is completely unacceptable and very inconsiderate of customers’ time. No communication, no respect for scheduling, and no regard for the fact that people have families, work, and responsibilities. When you’re paying a lot of money, you expect professionalism and reliability — not to be left waiting all day and into the night. I will not be shopping here again, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable service.
