  Must have visited over a dozen dealerships over the course of a week with this dealer being our 2nd visit. As we continued to shop, nothing compared to the completeness and cleanliness of the vehicle at Velocity and acted as a benchmark. We continued to negotiate over text and the salesman was friendly, straightforward and negotiABLE. We did decide to buy here because of the vehicle and price but what I thought was really cool was that I was able to comfortably sit and do the deal with the salesman while I jacked my jaw w the other guys. My girl's appreciation for the salesman was the first thing she commented on when driving off the lot--which wasn't what we could say about our previous purchase with another dealer. Five stars! Thx guys.

  Velocitymotors is exceptional! John Antonelli not only gave me a great deal on my car, but he drove it to my work on his own time! John is a treasure for sure. The warranties available are top tier and all the cars are immaculate.   I had to make another review, this place has been awful, first I buy a truck from them, at the time of purchase they told me the differential was going out and needed to be replaced, they said they’d fix and cover it, waited a whole month before that even got done, then I get the truck back, they said it’s good and in working order, I tell the guy working at the dealership that something sounded off from the rear differential (the one they replaced), he asks me “what sounds exactly”, so I tell him, proceed to get NO response, and since I’m no mechanic I simply brushed it off, the first time I took the truck on the freeway, it turned out that they’re mechanic never properly put the driveshaft back on when the replaced the diff, so with my family in the car, the driveshaft completely falls out and I see sparks going down the highway, and they have no urgency to get this fixed, this has been horrible dealing with them, and they have no problem giving you unsafe vehicles. Update: dealership called, said they wanted me to pay a big portion of the cost it gonna cost them to repair the truck they gave back to me broken, and now they won’t respond back because I don’t have the money to do so, beware they will promise to fix something with your vehicle, and be fine with giving it back to you broken then ask you to pay out of pocket for there mistake!!!
