  Very disappointing experience with this dealership. Before providing my personal and financial information, I specifically asked whether they could finance the RAM 3500 based on my credit score, and I was assured that they could. Based on that assurance, I provided sensitive information, including my Social Security number, bank statements, and company information, and completed everything they requested for the financing process. After going through the entire process, they ultimately told me they could not get the financing done. My biggest issue is not simply that the financing wasn’t approved—approvals are never guaranteed. The problem is that I was assured beforehand that my credit score and financial information would be sufficient, which is why I agreed to provide all of my information and proceed with the application. To make the experience worse, the lady in the finance department was extremely rude and unprofessional when communicating with me. When a customer is providing this level of sensitive financial and personal information, they should at least be treated with professionalism and respect. I would have appreciated honesty and transparency from the beginning instead of being given assurances before they actually knew whether the financing could be completed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

  if you value your money DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. I live in Indiana and had the misfortune to meet Wally. Everything seemed good but I was deceived. I purchased the car in good faith that the dealership would stand behind me with this purchase. I paid to have the car shipped to me. I had only driven the car from the street to my garage. The car starts smoking and every warning light was on in the car. I immediately called the dealership and was promised all routine work was completed on the car ( which was a lie). It wasn’t detailed, no oil change, brake fluid low and service light also on. I left a bad review so Wally called to resolve the issue, which was also a lie to get me to remove my previous post. I took the car to be looked at and discovered it also has an oil leak, not to mention the car arrived with chips in the windshield. The only help they were willing to offer was to buy the replacement parts but repairs on a car I had not driven a mile was all on me. This place will rip you off don’t do it
