  1 year update: I bought an iphone here in 2025 when I needed a reliable work phone. The staff were great, and the pricing on the used iphone 11 was fair. A year later, it’s still working perfectly with no issues. Definitely recommend this place.

  Pretty clean store with a cute dog. The prices are reasonable but you get what you pay for. OLED screen not nearly as smooth as the OEM one. If you’re on a budget or in a pinch , would recommend. If you’re looking for OEM like performance and quality, just bite the bullet with apples prices. Turnaround time is great though and staff is very friendly and professional.

  Do yourself a favor and take your phone somewhere else , I would not recommend this company to anyone. I brought my phone here to have the screen repaired, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. After the repair, the phone was actually worse than before. The replacement screen was not responding properly, making the phone essentially unusable. When I contacted the company about the issue, I was told that they use third-party wholesale screens and that sometimes the screens they receive are defective. While I understand that issues can happen, the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. I ended up having to take my phone to Apple and pay additional money to have the screen repaired correctly. When I requested a refund, they refused and told me I should have brought the phone back because their screens are under warranty. That may have been their policy, but it does not change the fact that I paid for a repair that left my phone in worse condition and caused me additional time, stress, and expense. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and will never use their services again. I would strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting them with their devices.
