  • After going to 3 dealerships yesterday, we ended up at Vision Nissan on a whim and I am so glad we did! We had the best customer service interaction from the moment we walked in the door! Brendan was our Sales Associate and he did an AMAZING JOB at working a deal for me and making sure we were comfortable. He was not pushy, listened to needs and we walked out with my new to me vehicle. Cars are very well taken care of and they will offer the carfax as well! Thank you Brendan and team for all of your hard work especially with staying past working hours to make sure us and all of the customers are walking out just as happy as we were last night!

  • I made an apt online to get my alarm checked. The online reservation does not state at any point there's a charge. Infact one option states "complimentary multi point inspection" the 2nd option states to "advise on concern". When I arrived I was told I would be charged a flat fee of one hour of service for them to even look at the car. I explained what was going on with the car and asked if they could help me rule out if it was a faulty battery. (I was told the battery was purchased at a different business by thr cars owner, when I had it checked out there they said the battery was fine) The Service guy offered to test the battery, then initially declined stating there was battery acid leaking and it was faulty to take it back to the other business. He agreed to "test" it and said the battery needs replacement. I left and went back to the original business, different location and the manager pointed out the battery was PURCHASED AT NISSAN. This manager also cleaned the battery and ran multiple diagnostics on it and determined it is working properly. It is extremely frustrating that the flat rate service charge is not posted on the website. The service tech didn't even look close enough at the battery to see it was one of nissans, and more over I think he flat out lied about it being faulty and needing replacement. I attached screen shots of the reservation process showing there is no information on a charge.

  • Brendon is so amazing. I purchased my first Nissan end of August 2025. Unfortunately was in a car accident in December and they totalled it. Brendon worked quick and found me the same car but 2026. I was able to come down and purchase and take home same day. Andy went over everything with me and they both are remarkable. Thanks guys for making this easy. Its definitely worth my drive to come there.
