  • I drove 4 and half hours from coastal NC for the deal I got here at Southern Ford. Jay was my sales man he was awesome sent me a video of the vehicle so I could see it live. Pressure free type salesman. Paul was the sales manager and we came to an agreeable price with out much hassle. This expedition was exceptionally priced and clean. Joe is the finance specialist for the loan. For those types he was 1st rate. Great job guys!! Would recommend!

  • Spoke to Kevin in service and since he was so rude and defensive I decided to cancel and take my truck to CMA ford for better customer service and care and concern and communication about my truck . I’ll be in touch when I get the TRUTH and the results . I do not want to work with Kevin at Southern Ford and you should be cautioned that regardless of what he says he does NOT have the customers best interest in mind and did not communicate with my warranty company . Where’s the GM? How come no one in management returns my call ? If there wasn’t an issue with my transmission then why did you all say I needed one ????? Why didn’t you say it was the car converter in the first place . Like I said yesterday my engine didn’t overheat ! The transmission you all put in that wasn’t necessary in the first place is now leaking and when I bring that to your attention you got defensive and an attitude right away and that was witnessed so everything by the other mechanic and dealership has been documented! The warranty company never received a claim from you . My truck is clearly leaking fluid and now is at a dealership that won’t lie to me .
