  • I drove 4 and half hours from coastal NC for the deal I got here at Southern Ford. Jay was my sales man he was awesome sent me a video of the vehicle so I could see it live. Pressure free type salesman. Paul was the sales manager and we came to an agreeable price with out much hassle. This expedition was exceptionally priced and clean. Joe is the finance specialist for the loan. For those types he was 1st rate. Great job guys!! Would recommend!

  • Worst Service Experience – Avoid This Dealership Dropped my truck off on 11/5 for transmission diagnosis and recall work. Our service advisor was Stephanie Spangler, and the experience was unacceptable: ZERO communication for 7 days. I called daily, left voicemails, even contacted sales—no one responded. Had to drive to the shop on 11/12 just to get an update. Stephanie admitted phones were “acting up” but never bothered to text until we showed up. Vehicle sat untouched for a full week. Work was done WITHOUT authorization (tire balancing and driveshaft lubrication), then they tried to charge $256.73 for it. Recall parts weren’t ordered despite scheduling over a month in advance. Vehicle was returned filthy—covered in bird droppings, tree debris, grease stains inside and out. Stephanie was evasive and unprofessional throughout the process. No loaner was ever provided despite repeated requests and promises. We have purchased three vehicles from this dealership—two brand new—but after this experience, we will not return. We will be transferring all future service and purchases to another dealership. If you value your time, money, and basic professionalism, go somewhere else.
