Scheduling service appointments is always quick and easy, and every service representative I’ve dealt with has been friendly, courteous, and professional. They take the time to go over the work being done and explain everything clearly once the service is completed. The new bright facility is spotless and very comfortable. The waiting area has plenty of seating, a TV, and a great selection of coffee and soft drinks, which makes the time go by pleasantly. Overall, Southern Team Automall continues to provide excellent service and great customer experience. Highly recommended.
