I walked in looking to check out the Wrangler Willys '41 Edition. I walked out with it! Eddie has an outstanding wealth of knowledge about Jeeps, and I am so glad I ran into him in the lot. I learned more than I ever thought and fell in love with Jeep all over again. This is my second Willys (my first is a 2016, and I still have her!). From the moment I arrived until I left, I had the best experience and was treated as if I were family. Dustin took care of the finances and was super upbeat and positive, with the best attitude! He was patient with me as I asked numerous questions and did not mind repeating himself. I would recommend anyone to go to Southern to purchase a MoPar, especially a Jeep :) Thank you for the best experience and for my new favorite vehicle!!!

The airbag suspension in my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland blew out randomly, AutoPro of Virginia Beach really got one over on me, and screwed me! (Sorry place, that AutoPro. No one ever go there. Waste!) So, took it to a reputable dealership, Southern, to get it fixed. April Taylor was my Service Advisor! TERRIFIC service! She kept me up to date with everything, as I had them go through everything else, since the other place "got me"! She was upfront, didn't sugar coat it, just was there to shoot me straight and help. Thank her so much. I have bad anxiety, so, the communication meant so much to me and helped me relax🙏🏻 The world has lost the care to communicate, but, Ms. April was awesome, as is all Southern locations I have personally been to! If I had to think of anything that I wasn't 100% happy about, I didn't like the grease on the inside on the carpet and center console, but, it's nothing I can't clean, lol! (I didn't even go back in to mention, to me, it's easy to clean, just mentioning Incase y'all get some "complainer" in there one day😅) People get too in their feelings nowadays over simple mess, and leave it as part of a review in the stars,,,,,, clearly I know it happens, it wasn't on purpose, but, they were VERY professional, looked over all my concerns, and fixed it perfectly. We can take a little "bad" in life for a better outcome down the road. And I appreciate them getting my Jeep right! Thank you all so much that worked on it, especially you, April if you see this, for all your help, smooth operations, and being a personable person with a wonderful heart, Ma'am 🙂🤙🏻🇺🇲 Southern across the board at the other locations have never let me down, and I will always refer Southerns Service to others! I've been to two, one across the water, and the one here, both terrific, and great staff!
