I WAITED FOR DEALER TO RETURN PHONE CALLS. NOTHING !! SO I’M LEAVING FEEDBACK. Horrible experience Got an oil change on my C8 Corvette on the way home it started smoking Got home huge oil spill on exhaust manifold and Catalytic converters. No one at the dealership returned calls. This place is Horrible have videos of the smoking mess NOT HAPPY Stay away they don’t care about Customers. Still waiting on a call AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM AUTO NATION CORAL GABLES ON LEJUNE ROAD AND S. W. 8th STREET HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Still waiting on for them to return my calls HAVE ACTUAL VIDEOS OF THE SMOKING ENGINE which could have ignited and totaled my car.
I had a fantastic experience at AutoNation for my maintenance service. From the moment I arrived, I felt very well taken care of. The salesman, Gabriel, took the time to guide me and explain where I needed to go, which was incredibly helpful. The team of workers also provided impeccable and professional service. I will definitely keep bringing my car here. Thanks to Gabriel and the whole team!
When I arrived at the dealership for my service appointment, I felt completely lost. There was no one there to guide me or assist me. I had to park my car, walk inside on my own, find someone to help me, and let them know I had an appointment. In my opinion, the customer service is very poor. There shouldn’t be a difference in treatment whether it’s a Chevrolet or a Cadillac. Compared to other places—like the Audi dealership where I purchased my other vehicle—the service there is exceptional. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed and taken care of right away. I also had several questions in mind, as I was interested in adding sensors to my truck and wanted to check if it already had them installed, how much it would cost, and what other upgrades or options were available. However, the service was so cold and unwelcoming that once they finished the oil change, I simply took my keys and left without asking anything
