Horrible experience Got an oil change on my C8 Corvette on the way home it started smoking Got home huge oil spill on exhaust manifold and Catalytic converters.   • When I arrived at the dealership for my service appointment, I felt completely lost. There was no one there to guide me or assist me. I had to park my car, walk inside on my own, find someone to help me, and let them know I had an appointment. In my opinion, the customer service is very poor. There shouldn’t be a difference in treatment whether it’s a Chevrolet or a Cadillac. Compared to other places—like the Audi dealership where I purchased my other vehicle—the service there is exceptional. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed and taken care of right away. I also had several questions in mind, as I was interested in adding sensors to my truck and wanted to check if it already had them installed, how much it would cost, and what other upgrades or options were available. However, the service was so cold and unwelcoming that once they finished the oil change, I simply took my keys and left without asking anything
