  WOW! What a GREAT experience! I took my sweet time finding the right vehicle in the right color and I mean, I took my sweet time. My salesman, Emilio was patient, not pushy, never seemed to get annoyed with my back and forth decisions or that I made him wait a looooong time to pull my credit. He was just a joy to work with the entire process. In addition, when he was away from me, other employees asked if I needed water or anything while I waited. Everyone was super nice! The final process of purchasing with finance was always pretty amazing. The one I worked with, forgot his name, was super nice, explained a lot, very personable and even gave me a pointer on how to get money back on my trade in vehicle from the previous dealer. Overall a TERRIFIC experience! I bought an Equinox RS EV, it’s sooo smooth and quiet. I LOVE IT!!! Thank you AutoNation Chevy for a wonderful buying experience and a beautiful new car.

  BUYER BEWARE! This is the BEST Chevrolet dealership in the Valley! The salespeople are amazing, management is awesome (they truly listen to what you need), finance couldn't go any smoother! You can tell this place is ran professionally and clearly the staff is treated right because they are all nice, happy, and helpful! I'm not just say that from "one" vehicle purchase, I've purchased four vehicles personally and two of my boys have also purchased there first vehicle from this dealership. We drive 80 miles to come here and its beyond worth it! If you know what you want, what you can afford, what your trade-in is worth, and your credit score... this dealership will make a vehicle purchase as smooth as possible! (No, I do NOT work for them, nor have I been asked to write this!)

  Our purchase experience could not have been better! We were happy with the vehicle, Kayla was great and finance was easy. Unfortunately that is where the great experience ended... They did not put through the title paperwork like is included in the final costs (we found out they do not actually have an in house title person but that it is contracted out to a 3rd party.) This resulted in the temporary tag expiring and unfortunately, we didn't notice until 10 days later (our fault, but we also didn't know abou the timeliness to have extensions processed either.) It has been quite an inconvenience dealing with service after the sale. We called the dealership about the problem, were told we would get a call back, that didn't happen. When we called before the title person left, we were told everything was in process. The next day arrived at the dealership for a new temporary tag, were left sitting unattended in the lobby for an extended period of time. Hopefully someone will actually do something to correct this. CUSTOMERS PAY TO HAVE THE DEALERSHIP PROCESS THE TITLE AND REGISTRATION IN THE PURCHASE OF A VEHICLE! We at one point were told the delay in title and registration was due to the Government Shutdown, laughable because State Government Offices that do not receive federal funding or process anything including federal funds were not impacted in the Shutdown. Just a buyer beware: set a reminder to follow up 6 weeks from purchase at AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert (or before your temporary tag expires) to be sure the registration and title are processed after your vehicle purchase. If they drop the ball like they did with us, pack your patience and maybe a lunch. Plan to sit and sit and sit for a long while.... They will email you the temporary, but that is all dependant on the customer having the correct paper and settings on their printer too. Update: So AutoNation does not do any of their own title work, they use ASAP Title Services and have them process it. Have learned that 1) they don't follow up on any title delays or discrepancy and 2) do not take any responsibility for any delays in getting titles and tags to customers. The General Manager was initially quite curt when dealing with us after 2 hours of waiting, not calling to find out why this 1 hour or less process had still not been completed. I called ASAP (after being told they wouldn't talk to me or give me information anyway) and they were very nice, following up on the delay and calling the dealership. The GM did apologize which was very appreciated. AutoNation also had agreed to pay for any tickets received related to the delay in getting the registration and title. It is a problem with many companies today, they farm out so much work and don't have a way (or desire) to contact their processing agents except electronically. This doesn't seem appropriate, especially after saying they don't take calls when was able to call them just fine and get information. Unfortunately it was the dealership blaming the title processor and vice versa. Don't know where the disconnect is, just really hoping that get the plates this time so don't have to do this again. Wanted to just be happy customers like we were, but this will have us think twice about future purchases here. It shouldn't be hard and if customers get frustrated, then fix it, don't make it harder and don't pass off responsibility. Thank you for finally taking care of this situation (this time.)
