  I know, I know… this has to be one of the most dreaded parts of life: #1 finding what you want, and #2 praying like hell it’s at a good store. When you get lucky and find the right one, it feels like a miracle. I personally sold cars for around four years, and I’m not bragging, but I was one of the most sought-after people on the sales floor when it came to a solid, smooth, and transparent process. So when it came time for me to buy, I prayed I could find what I once provided for my own customers. When I started hunting for a used 2024 Traverse RS, fully loaded, there were only two that would work—one in DFW and one in Oklahoma City. I prepared myself for the worst and hoped for the best. And let me just say, I have to brag on Devin Rudd and his finance guy David Ramos for making it happen from start to finish. From the presentation to the final process, these guys nailed it. I didn’t tell them I used to sell cars until the very end, and I never mentioned that I was a Chevrolet specialist for years. Even without knowing that, Devin absolutely rocked it with a process I’m excited to brag about. One thing was certain: I had to get my wife taken care of—and they made it happen. We will be back.   I went there to look around last year because my car at that time had been totaled in a hail storm. Mohmoud and Fadi were the best. They helped me find the perfect car. We went there because a few weeks prior because my husband bought a truck from Mohmoud and had a wonderful experience. Even the finance guy was amazing. Hands down one of the best car buying experiences with so many different options. I will definitely be returning in the future. Yesterday, I took my car in for its first service and a recall. They had it completed and washed for me in less then two hours. The service team and two advisors Dave and the gentleman that sits next to him were very helpful and knowledgeable. Of all services I have dealt with at other dealerships, this one was by far the best.
